Good Samaritan Nursery and Primary School began in 2010 in the small town of Kamuli, which is in Southern Uganda on the border with Tanzania.

A local Pastor named Joseph began educating children in his church after he realized many in the community were unable to read and write. Over the next 7 years the school has grown into a full primary school, educating more than 500 students. While the level of education that the children are receiving is good, the conditions in which they are learning in is poor. More than 95% of these children have no food to eat during the day.

Kuwasha has committed to help this school by funding construction of a kitchen, and provide food at the school for five years.
